as we have no insight to the netatmo data server that delivers data to myatmo. myatmo can only process and display the data that has been delivered to myatmo by the netatmo data server.
Explain the issue as exactly as possible, include your name and user ID (email address) of your netatmo account. Also tell the netatmo support for what time span data is missing.
