By purchasing a myatmo Premium subscription, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and notices:

No guarantee on the availability of external services:

  • A purchase does NOT include a guarantee regarding the availability of third-party services, such as the netatmo data cloud, that are required for myatmo to function.
  • A purchase also does NOT include a guarantee for data completeness, data integrity or data plausibility of the data transmitted from netatmo to myatmo.
  • A permanently free provision of data via the netatmo data cloud cannot be guaranteed by the developer of the myatmo app, as the entire cloud infrastructure is provided by netatmo and is therefore outside the responsibility of the developer of the myatmo app.

Payment and Usability:

  • A myatmo Premium purchase is usable on all devices of the same Apple ID, family sharing is supported when selecting a subscription marked accordingly.
  • Subscription payments are deducted from your iTunes account upon confirmation of your purchase and at the beginning of each renewal period. You may cancel your subscription through your iTunes preferences at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, or it will automatically renew.
  • To view your App Store purchase history, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Free Trial Subscription:

  • You may be offered a free trial subscription to a service. You may cancel your free trial subscription at any time by cancelling your subscription through your iTunes preferences, or it will automatically renew. This must be done within 24 hours prior to the end of the free trial period to avoid any charges to you. Subscriptions with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription.

Refunds: 

  • Except as required by law, there are no refunds for paid subscriptions once you have been billed for the billing period.
  • Refunds may be available for some App Store purchases, and you may only contact the App Store directly to request a refund. To request a refund for a subscription purchased through an App Store app, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Price Changes:

  • We may change subscription fees or terms from time to time as permitted by law. We will provide reasonable notice by posting the new price in the App. Otherwise, no individual advance notice will be given regarding upcoming price changes. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel the relevant subscription before the change takes effect.
