Problems with the myatmo Premium status?

If you encounter problems with your myatmo Premium status in one of the previous versions of myatmo: these are related to various database failures, among other database related issues.

 Widgets don't show any content or don't show up at all


Please note that it can sometimes take a while for the widgets to display content. In other cases they are not available in the widget selection dialog. This is also the case with the iOS internal widgets, such as the iOS weather widget.

It is a known problem that widgets (here every widget is affected, including iOS widgets) sometimes remain empty, even in the widget selection. The exact cause is unknown. Many developers report similar problems: Apple should already be aware of it and hopefully be fixed in a future iOS update.

Usually, restarting the device helps to restart the widget update, which is carried out by iOS.

If problems persist:

  • please delete myatmo from the device
  • restart the device (very important - see below)
  • reinstall myatmo
  • then start and configure myatmo
  • then set up the widgets

Restart your device:

It is IMPERATIVE to restart your device manually after you have turned off your device from the

iOS settings >>> General >>> Turn off

This is VERY important!

Do NOT configure or set up widget before you have not started the myatmo iOS app at least once!
